What’s Included

Our 8(a) Analysis Service consists of two parts. First, we provide you with a questionnaire to complete which provides us with information about you and your company. Once we’ve reviewed your responses to the questionnaire, we will schedule a telephone interview with a designated person at your company. Typically, the person interviewed is the owner or principal of the company. Once we have completed our detailed pre-qualification interview we determine whether there are any additional questions or documents that we need to review in order to ensure that there are no eligibility issues.

What you will receive after our 8a analysis

Following the interview, you will receive a detailed memorandum from us informing you whether you are eligible for the program based on the information you provided to us. In the memo we will provide specific information as to the areas in the application which are of concern to you and how to overcome them.

We will handle your appeal for FREE in the event that you are denied

In the event that you choose to retain us to complete your 8(a) application, your fee for the 8(a) Analysis will be credited towards your payment. Additionally, you will receive our guarantee that if you are denied certification we handle your appeal for free.
